Strength classes are based on functional movement patterns to increase range of motion and learn proper technique. Gain strength and confidence as you learn how to progress in each class.

hiit30 Cardio

Tues | Thurs

HIIT cardio classes are 30 minutes! They include plyometric, agility, and aerobic conditioning. This will put your stamina and endurance to the ultimate test!

LIV YOGA

Tues | Thurs

Heated Power Vinyasa:
Tuesday flow that helps build strength and a focus on balance and breath work.

Rest + Restore Yoga: Thursday flow that helps release stress, reduce soreness, and fall into deep relaxation.

Hybrid

Sat | Sun

The best of both worlds: strength and conditioning! Only on the weekends, these are full body workouts focusing on functional movements that combine cardio, strength, and bodyweight training.
