Our strength classes are 50 minutes and we focus on circuit-style, functional movement patterns that help increase range of motion and we teach proper technique. Build strength and confidence as you learn how to progress safely and effectively in each class.
hiit35 Cardio
Tues | Thurs
HIIT cardio classes are 35 minutes! They include plyometric, agility, and aerobic conditioning. This will put your stamina and endurance to the ultimate test while boosting your cardiovascular health.
revive: THE STRETCH METHOD
This new and popular 50-minute class is designed to revive your body and mind through intentional movement. Rooted in the Science of Stretching, this targeted mobility training approach helps increase flexibility, improve range of motion, and releases tension.

The best of both worlds: strength + conditioning. Only on the weekends, these are full body workouts focusing on functional movements that combine cardio, strength, and bodyweight training.
