Our strength classes are based on functional movement patterns to increase range of motion and learn proper technique. Gain strength and confidence as you learn how to progress in each class with our state of the art equipment.

Cardio

Tues | Thurs

LIV total-body cardio classes include plyometric, agility, and aerobic conditioning. Use state of the art cardio equipment including ROGUE fan bikes, rowers, and SkiErgs to put your stamina and endurance to the ultimate test!

Hybrid

Sat | Sun

Experience the best of both worlds: strength and cardio! LIV hybrid classes are full body workouts focusing on functional movements that combine cardio, strength, and bodyweight training.
