We’re located in the South Cape Village Plaza (Roche Bros. Plaza) on Joy Street! We are next to HomeGoods and parking is FREE and available throughout the entire plaza.

 
  • Monthly members have access to a 21 day booking window and have 1 FREE guest pass per month. Memberships are recurring and will auto renew until canceled by member. All cancellation requests must be submitted 7 day priors via email.

    PLEASE NOTE: Early cancellation of membership will result in 50% payment of the remaining unfulfilled months.

  • Classes are released Sundays at 12PM ET for the upcoming 14 days. The booking window is rolling, but only refreshes once a week — so availability extends each Sunday, not daily. If you are a monthly member, an added perk is having access to a 21-day rolling booking window (same time applies on Sunday at 12pm ET).

  • If you are outside of the 10 hour cancellation window, you can always switch to another class. If you need to move your booking but there are fewer than 10 hours until your scheduled class, that’s considered a late cancellation and so the late cancellation policy would apply.

  • The waitlist functions just like booking a class, except the class is currently full. As spots open, clients are added in the order they joined the waitlist.

    If you join the waitlist when a class is full:
    • Up to 1 hour before class, you will be automatically added if a spot becomes available
    • Within 1 hour of class, all waitlisted clients will receive a text notification
    • Spots are released via text and claimed on a first come, first served basis
    • The first person to click the link and complete the booking will secure the spot
    • If the spot is taken, you will remain on the waitlist and receive another text if a new spot opens

    Additional Notes:
    • You cannot be booked and waitlisted for the same class at different times
    • The only time you may book two classes in one day is on Tuesdays for HIIT35 and REVIVE: THE STRETCH METHOD
    • If added to class more than 10 hours prior, standard cancellation policies apply
    • If added from the waitlist and you cancel within 10 hours, a late cancel fee will apply
    • If you do not get into class, your credit will be returned to your account

    If you have not received a notification, you may call the studio or arrive at least 5 minutes before class start. Any remaining spots will be filled in waitlist order.

  • Individuals under sixteen (16) years of age are not permitted to participate in class or use any LIV programs or facilities. Please see our Terms of Service page for more information or feel free to contact us at info@livempoweredfitness.com.

  • We recommend 3-5 days of exercise per week. Attending 2-3 times per week with a rest day between sessions might be sufficient depending on your other exercise plans. Listen to your body and do what is best for you.

  • Free parking is available on Joy Street and throughout the entire shopping plaza. We are located in the South Cape Village Plaza (Roche Bros. Plaza) on Joy Street.

  • STRENGTH | CARDIO | HYBRID CLASSES: Please arrive 10-15 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START OF CLASS. It’s important to get acclimated to our studio and understand what to expect during class so you feel better prepared. If you arrive and the class has started the warm up, you will NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THAT CLASS for safety reasons and your class credit will be returned. We take pride in the structure and safety of our classes and aim to provide the best overall experience to ensure it is safe and efficient for all.

    YOGA CLASSES: Please arrive 10 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START OF CLASS. It’s important to get acclimated to our studio. If you arrive and the class has started, you will NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THAT CLASS for safety reasons and your class credit will be returned.

  • Our studio doors do not open earlier than 15 minutes prior to class. We ask that you please arrive at least 5 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START OF CLASS to allow yourself time to change your footwear, check in, and get to your spot BEFORE the Intro starts. Our studio doors will be locked once the warm up is in session.

  • STRENGTH | CARDIO | HYBRID CLASSES: If you are running late, we ask that you CALL or TEXT the studio to give us a heads up PRIOR TO THE START OF CLASS. Please know that if you are not at the studio to comply with our late entry policy, meaning once the warm up as started and you are physically not in the studio, your spot can be taken by someone off of the waitlist (if you have not emailed or called the studio). Once the warm up has started, you will NOT be allowed to take class.

    YOGA CLASSES: If you arrive after the class has started, you will not be allowed to take class.

  • If you have not called or texted the studio there is a chance your spot could be given to someone off the waitlist. Once the warm up has started, unfortunately we will not be able to let you into class for safety reasons due to our important demo and warm up where instructions are given.

    If you have called or texted the studio and the warm up has started, unfortunately due to safety reasons you will not be allowed to take class.

  • You’re able to change your reservation or cancel up to 10 hours before the class starts in the LIV app. If you cancel within the 10 hours before the class starts, you will be charged a $15 fee. This applies to ALL memberships, class packages, and single drop-ins.

    Class packages and single drop-ins will be able to keep their credit.

    Please note: we do not give refunds. Any sessions that remain after the expiration date will be forfeited.

  • A no-show occurs when someone does not show up for a class without communication via email, call, or text to the studio prior to the class start time. You will be charged a fee of $20 plus loss of credit and there will not be any refunds in the event of an emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstance.

  • Masks or proof of vaccination are NOT required upon arrival and check-in. You may choose to wear a mask at any time based on your personal preference, even if others around you are not wearing masks. In accordance with CDC guidelines, we are sanitizing equipment and high-traffic touchpoints in between each class using EPA-registered cleaning products.
