We’re located in the South Cape Village Plaza (Roche Bros. Plaza) on Joy Street! We are next to HomeGoods and parking is FREE and available throughout the entire plaza.

 
  • Seven days in advance for non-members. At 12pm ET exactly one week prior, we release all classes for a given day. If you are a monthly member, an added perk is having access to a 14-day booking window (same time applies on Sunday at 12pm ET).

  • If you are outside of the 10 hour cancellation window, you can always switch to another class that’s not at max capacity. If you need to move your booking but there are fewer than 10 hours until your scheduled class, that’s considered a late cancellation and so the late cancellation policy would apply.

  • The waitlist is just like signing up for a class, except it’s at full capacity. As clients cancel, you will be automatically added to the class in the order you signed up.

    If you secure a spot more than 10 hours before the scheduled start time of the class, you will be notified via email. If you wish to no longer take that class after being added from the waitlist, we ask that you please cancel online or in the app. You will have up until 45 minutes prior to the start of class to assign yourself to a spot. 30 minutes prior to class, we will only add you to the class if we can reach you via phone or if you are in the studio in person. Please note: our late cancellation policy applies if you assign yourself to a spot and have not canceled 45 minutes prior to class.

    If a spot doesn’t open by the start of class and you have not taken yourself off of the waitlist, your class credit will be placed back onto your account. Please note: If you would like to try to get into class and haven’t been notified via email, just arrive at least 5 minutes before class starts and once we have our final class count we’ll be able to add clients from the waitlist in order of sign ups.

  • Individuals under sixteen (16) years of age are not permitted to participate in class or use any LIV programs or facilities. Please see our Terms of Service page for more information or feel free to contact us at info@livempoweredfitness.com.

  • We recommend 3-5 days of exercise per week. Attending 2-3 times per week with a rest day between sessions might be sufficient depending on your other exercise plans. Listen to your body and do what is best for you.

  • Free parking is available on Joy Street and throughout the entire shopping plaza. We are located in the South Cape Village Plaza (Roche Bros. Plaza) on Joy Street.

  • If you’re new to our studio, we ask that you please arrive 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START OF CLASS. It’s important to get acclimated to our studio and understand what to expect during class so you feel better prepared. Please know that if the class has started, you will NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THAT CLASS and your class credit will be returned. We take pride in the structure and safety of our classes and aim to provide the best overall experience to ensure it is safe and efficient for all.

  • Our studio doors do not open earlier than 15 minutes prior to class. We ask that you please arrive at least 5 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START OF CLASS to allow yourself time to change your footwear, check in, and get to your spot BEFORE the Intro starts. Our studio doors will be locked once the warm up is in session.

  • If you are running late, we ask that you email or call the studio to give us a heads up PRIOR TO THE START OF CLASS. Please know that if you are not at the studio to comply with our late entry policy, your spot can be taken by someone off of the waitlist (if you have not emailed or called the studio).

  • If you have not emailed or called the studio and it is 5 minutes after the class start time, unfortunately we will not be able to let you into class for safety reasons due to our important demo and warm up where instructions are given.

  • You’re able to change your reservation or cancel up to 10 hours before the class starts in the LIV app. If you cancel within the 10 hours before the class starts, you will be charged a $15 fee. This applies to ALL memberships, class packages, and single drop-ins.

    Class packages and single drop-ins will be able to keep their credit.

    Please note: we do not give refunds. Any sessions that remain after the expiration date will be forfeited.

  • A no-show occurs when someone does not show up for a class without communication via email, call, or text to the studio. You will be charged a fee of $20 plus loss of credit and there will not be any refunds in the event of an emergency, illness, or unforeseen circumstance.

  • Masks or proof of vaccination are NOT required upon arrival and check-in. You may choose to wear a mask at any time based on your personal preference, even if others around you are not wearing masks. In accordance with CDC guidelines, we are sanitizing equipment and high-traffic touchpoints in between each class using EPA-registered cleaning products.
